Anyways, I'm currently just finishing off a Fitness Centre (Gym + Swmiing Pool) to upload to modthesims.info (MTS) for the monthly theme of fitness. Have a look at the pics below!

New Project (After a Somwehat Loooong Hiatus)

Well, I'm back with a new project. But, um, yeah... I've been on a bit of a hiatus. Hopefully though I havne't lost any building ability in TS3. Well, you guys be the judge!

New 10x10 Mini Lot

So, I've started a project - a few days ago, actually - I'm making 4 10x10 mini lots for TS3. I've already completed the residential shack, and I'm now workingon a modern lot!

New Project - 1x1 Mini lots!

I've started, just today, a new project. The project will consist of a bundle of 10x10 residential mini lots! :D When it is all completed, I will likely upload it to modthesims.
After that, I will probably continue with the theme of 10x10 mini lots - but instead, I think I'll make some community lots. ie. Public toilets, Bus stops... small market place.
So yeah... that's my new project - bundles of 10x10 mini lots!

Update to my Pagoda -In-Progress! (PIP!)

Okay, in the post below I announced I was working on  a pagoda style lot - and I arrive this morning with an update to it! :D

So, yeah, you'll be able to find this on MTS when it's finished.  I'll be uploading it alongside 3 other diferent-styled lots. One of those other styles will likely be modern...
...I can't wait to upload it! :DD

Hello all you people reading this - I'm currently creating a pagoda, and this is basically how far I've gotten so far... please, ignore some of the window placement, I know it's a little off. that will be rectified.
Also, you probably realised, but this was created using TS3, and with ambitions EP installed.

So, yeah, I hope you like the look of this lot - hopefully when it's finished, it will be uploaded to MTS (modthesims.info)
